Graham Weaver grew up in Perrysburg, Ohio, and discovered a passion for personal development early in life. He attended Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in engineering with highest honors and captained the national championship lightweight crew team. After working on Wall Street, he founded Alpine Investors from his Stanford GSB dorm room in 1997. Over the years, he has grown Alpine into a top-performing firm by prioritizing talent development.
