About David Falk

David Falk - Biography

David B. Falk is a pioneering sports agent and entrepreneur who rose from an entry-level position at ProServ to represent marquee NBA athletes, negotiate record-setting player contracts and create the Air Jordan marketing phenomenon for Michael Jordan.

David Falk graduated from Syracuse University in 1972 with a B.A. in economics and received a J.D. with honors from the National Law Center at George Washington University in 1975. He began his career at ProServ in 1974, rising to vice chairman. During his time at ProServ, Falk built a dominant athlete-representation practice in basketball, representing more NBA first-round picks, lottery selections, and All-Stars than most competitors. In 1992, he founded Falk Associates Management Enterprises (FAME) to provide highly personalized representation to an elite roster of NBA superstars. In 1998, Falk sold FAME to SFX Entertainment for approximately $100 million and took senior leadership roles in SFX Sports Group. In January 2007, Falk relaunched FAME as a boutique agency and has continued as its founder and CEO while expanding into advisory, investment, and speaking roles across sports, media, and technology.
